Common stuff if you run a site with a monthly bandwidth limit and have chosen a too lightweigt account to run a popular site at.
We (Atari.Org) were hosted at such places in the past as well and we couldn't run stuff like Fading Twilight or Falcdemos then either. With a bit of research I'm sure AL could find a decent flat-rate host for their server, they are often available from smaller datacenters rather than the really big ones. They bandwidth-limit with a network shaper rather than counting bytes, which IMHO is alot nicer.
But bla bla, I guess they have this figured out anyway :)
