Timer B should work fine as a sample output as both timers A and B work the same. From what you said I should get 60 fast samples then no samples, however what I get is a mod that's almost right in playing, but the samples seem somewhat too low. Am I right in understanding that the timer A is a constant interrupt, I.E. need's no vsyncing? Also I have an overscan hardscroll routine that plays 15khz samples whereby the sample output (what would effectively be timer A) is timed into certain scanlines within the routine).

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
