I'm recording in PAL, and encoding 25FPS-ni for the low-bitrate (mpeg4) download versions. The versions for scene.org are mpeg2 720x576 25FPS-il for real DVD-motion rate (eg, 50Hz motion, like the real thing!).
The scene.org stuff won't be available at the time the mpeg4 files are (hopefully sunday evening for the mpeg4's), and only the Falcon intros will be uploaded to scene.org (the deal I have with them is to upload Falcon releases as mpeg2).
If you have more technical questions about the movie files, please shoot :)
