about this havoc / gwem discussion: i agree that there could be implemented a
system for "the late" compos, some sort of scale, easy to measure... this could
be a standard action i all compos, widely used. however, i came to think
of the system my project group has implemented. you have a quote of "being
late minutes", every time you are late the time is recorded into a book and
when this quote is filled, you have to go home, bake a cake for the project
group to share... a good way to turn something bad into something good :) 'nuf said.
