i agree with tobe and say option 2.
of course we want more intros, but i know alot of guys worked hard to finish them in time. (personally i've been grinding out code in to the small hours ;)
but maybe also nice to extend havocs idea and reduce the scores for the late entries... say 15% per day? then we can think about trading off a late entry with including more effects.
hehe - just like at school ;)
