sts: download 8-bit atari emu for winshit
from:http://atariarea.histeria.pl/PLus/index_pl.htm
...and download XL/XE roms from:
http://www.gdansk-orunia.eu.org/cas/download.htm (atari - roms).
put these roms to the 8-bit atari emu, it's fuckin' easy.
most of 8-bit atari demos use more than standard 64kb memory, so set in "memory size" on 320kb RAMBO. then load the file - executable file or autoboot (depends what extension this file has) and... blaaaah :)
lame explanation but it's so fuckin' easy easior ;)
