DSP Doom question.
Posted by: EvilFranky Jul,05.2004-21:35

Why were the DSP ports also to slow to be playable?

Or in other words, what was the biggest bottle neck?

I had always thought the DSP had the number crunching power to process the 3D...certainly no less than the PC's of the day?

So is it down to the Videl and slow ass ST-RAM?
