memory protection on st
Posted by: MiKRO Jun,24.2004-15:03

hi,

just such curious question - does anybody know how it's performed that kind of memory protection of low/high addresses on ST? You know, when accessing hw regs, you have to be in supervisor... till now i thought it's mmu030 job on falcon, but on st is no mmu or? Only mention i found is that it's done by operating system on ST (??)

What's the anti-troll code?
That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
