Hi Chuck !
You can use two methods.
a) Use StSound95 and generate WAV files (and then convert to MP3 with your favorite tool)
b) Use Winamp (2.x) with in_ym plugin installed, and select "directtodisk" as output plugin. then winamp will generate WAV files. ( you can drop a lot of them in playlist)
If you're fave music does not exist in YM format, then simply launch your game or demo under SainT and select "Sound Record" in wav format in the Record tab.
