info@atariste.com (as listed on your site) and info@atari-ste.com (which makes more sense!) don't seem to work.
So here's the email i tried to send.

I "discovered" a strange game called "Alpha Waves", developed by Christophe de Dinechin, published by Infogrames.
It's a weird 3d platform game.
In the scroller it says there is extra music for the STE (1 meg only), although it doesn't play on on MegaSTE 4.
The 3d also seems to run very smoothly, indicating blitter usage to me, although it could be that it recognised my MegaSTE and switched to 16mhz (unlikely).
Released in 1990 according to LGD.
