Mid rez never worked very well: some shifters still have have pixel distortions on certain lines despite the right stabilizer.
You would switch 50->60->50 for the right border, and mid-rez -> mono -> mid-rez for the left border and the stabilizer. If that's unstable, you could try:
50->60->50 : right border
mid-rez->mono->low-rez: stabilizer
low-rez->mono->mid-rez: left border
