Well, one good idea is to use D-BUG's ULS system and make the whole thing HD compatible.
So we can have a hard disk full of demo screens that can be run with a simple double-click :)
As for demo favorites, well, all oxg demos for a start ;)
(Well, too many to list here, maybe at some other point :)
