well, the party is over, but the next one will surely come. so what i would do next time, is to set up one mail address for contributions and give a realistic deadline for that address. also it's out of question there should be one orgo responsible for checking that address.
anyway, for me it was clear that the organisers won't have any internet access after they leave home and that was friday morning. becoz of that i mailed my unfinished stuff to them days before the party. During the party Havoc was really busy fetching people from the airport or the train-station and to put out some "fires" here and there, if you know what i mean. the same for the other guys since all the hardware needed to be set up, tables needed to be fetched, pizzas ordered, beers served, broken equipment needed to be replaced, ... I didn't see anyone resting until the whole show was over. so i guess the whole discussion won't lead anywhere.
and @vulgar, even though i am no organiser, i feel very sorry your prod wasn't shown, but look at the bright side: It's finished and waiting for the next party and there will be a couple of these till the end of this year.
