As far as I know you got two options. Both include a portable dvd player or the secondary screen of one. It only differs in the way you connect the screen. You can either make composite video cable or an rgb cable. If you look here http://www.algonet.se/~guld1/hardware/atari-scart.html and/or here http://www.atari-forum.com/wiki/index.php?title=Atari_ST_VGA_Cable_Procedures you can find a way of doing a cable. since a 13 pin din is near impossible to get hold of, I recomend using pins from a D-sub connector.
