Since apparently there is some interest in converting pc pictures to something the atari can use, here is my own contribution:

I'm going to release the source code as well one of these days, but I'd like to have some feedback first about the tool.
(it was used for all my oric demos, and for both the Creators and Defence Force anniversary demos).
