Hello,
I've you tried another Atx power supply ? With my first CT60 after some months, my CT 60 doesn't wanted to boot, i've contacter Rodolphe he told me to use another power supply, that's what i've done and now run fine.
Another little thing, i've got a CT60 with a flash problem, it can save 060 frequency and try to run too low in frequency or too high so no boot. You boot in 030 use the CPX set a frequency like 070 swith in live in 060 and do a reset.
