The only noticable difference might be that several models have 128 bit wide memory inteface, and do blitting stuff faster (Rodolphe's Kronos Benchmarks show that)

How much RAM you have on your Radeon is in fact not important. Also its not improtant how many Pixelshaders the Radeon has, so whether to choose 7000 or 9200, decide for the wider memory interface if possible.

Anyway, even 64Bit memory is lighting fast! Its fast Desktop like aranym, but on the real thing!
