Fantastic! Everything works perfectly now, just how I wanted it.
Thanks to ggn and everyone else who helped me with this.
Just to answer you Shw.
Some of the files after packing turned out to be an odd length then I just incbined them one after another with the .exe being the fisrt and then saved the whole lot out to disk, that's why I was seeking the file to an odd address sometimes.
