Hi all,
The past 2 days I've been trying to get some code up and running on my TT (just because I had no other Atari handy :)). Specifically I wanted to get a simple 8-way scrolling done, nothing really fancy.
So far I had zero success.
It seems that writing to video base hi, med and low works a treat (keeping in mind the 8 byte alignment of the screen pointer), but when writing to hscroll and linewid I simply don't get any reaction at all.
Anyone got any experience on the subject? I read Paranoid's STE and TT FAQ and they both hint that this should work :/
